Refund Policy
We hand-pour each candle with care, but if your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
Returns are accepted for damaged items only:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at goodthingsbyjess@gmail.com
- We'll arrange a replacement or send a refund for verified damage claims
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or scent preference
- Candles that have been burned or used
- Unopened candles in perfect condition
Please do not ship items back to us that don't meet our return requirements. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and the item will not be returned to you.
Important: You are responsible for return shipping and tracking for approved returns. If your return is lost in transit, you risk losing your refund. Please monitor your tracking and keep proof of shipment.
How it works: Once we receive and verify your approved return, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.
